can anyone tell me the difference between Rt rail and Rt pro rail? and what the advantage/dis is with this , over the classic rail?

RT rail had a gas-through capability for the original RT. It fed air through the banjo bolt into the valve. The RT Pro/RT ULE rail is a standard rail made for the RT series valves. The sear is held in place on a screw in axle instead of inside the rail itself.

There's really no performance difference between the RT and non-RT ones.
