Ok i got my ult today, when i put it into my xvalve it sticks out to far for the valve to fit into the body. So i toke the ult apart and removed all the shims and it still wont fit in the body. any suggestions?

Have you made sure you're positioning it right? Try turning it and pushing it in further, you may not have it lined up right.

yeah ive turned it both directions trying to get it in and it isnt catching on the top at all, and ive pushed it down fairly hard too, but it wont get flush with the valve.

oil the o-rings and make sure your halves are screwed together all the way. It should go in with a little snap. Other than that I have no clue what could be wrong.

i had the same problem and it was just that the ULT was not in all the way.

yeah...it doesn't go in smoothly...with a snap like others have said, you shouldn't have to remove shims though...hmmm if you have an x-valve or rt-pro make sure you took out the o-ring at the bottom, inside the power tube...it should come out easily with a toothpick or if you have one a dental pick.
