I wouldnt mind making or buying a very low profile 90 to replace the Qloader elbow. I saw the block in the R+D section. It gives me ideas.

It's cool (i have an imagine myself), but I've never been, nor will ever be, a fan of the q-loader. That's the way it is.

i put a qloader on my spyder(imagine) and i was breaking balls like crazy because it was feeding past my detents. when i upgraded to my mag, that problem went away, and the qloader was a thing of joy. i only played once with it on my spyder, it was too much of a pain breaking every 15th ball. now, i never chop, and dont even waste a cycle because it feeds too fast for my shooting. works great, very few problems, easy to use, lower my profile drastically.

You can do a couple things to your spyder to fix that. Either add a second detent or disassemble the stock detent and install a stronger spring. With this side loading mod I have 4 stock ball detents on this thing! I have one in the stock location. Two over the old breech, each using one of the old feedneck mounting holes. Those two detents are head to head ( I had to file the tips down a bit so they'd both fit ). One aids the stock detent to prevent double feeds and the other sits a tad back so it helps prevent rollback. The fourth detent is in the base of the feedneck to keep a ball from entering the chamber unless it is completely forced in by the qloader. That way once the q is emtpy a ball wont kinda roll halfway in the breech and get chopped.
