nah, more money to patent every idea they can think of, so if someone produces it they can sue them and reverse engineer the product. :p

but seriously this is why i hate companies like this, because its just a stupid concept of owning all rights to the word "tiger". its the same thing as owning the rights to using electricity in paintball guns.

i think apple should run out and get a trademark on the word "direct" and sue tiger direct over that :D
