I found this in a crappy gun store a while ago and just picked it up. It was worth the bucks just to read the "safety precautions" in the instruction book (forgot to include that in the pic). The shop owner said it had been used once and had been sitting on the shelf for around 5 years. What do you guys think of my new E-mag sidearm?:D

Thanks! It came with all the original stuff for it.

The gun is in perfect shape.
The "eye protection" is original to the kit and scratchless.
and the instruction book is in mint condition.

The only thing that bums me out is the molded plastic carton is cracked and broken in a few places. Otherwise I'm quite happy.

A collectors item indeed. I would love to run across a splatmaster, it was the gun which originally got me interested in paintball in the first place.

The box, goggles, gun and manuel? I'd say that would be worth a good penny. :p

Sweeeeeeeeet! Probably like many other people here, that is the gun that I first played with. It would be great to run across a good deal on a splatmaster, even just for sentimental reasons.:D

Keep everything intact even the broken box. Adds mucho value to the collector market. Nice score.

There is a Splatmaster on Ebay right now.
I remember those and the Rapide.

The fact that you have the box, goggles etc makes it a fantastic find.
I would venture to say that you should not use it.

Very cool.

I don't think I'll be using it. I may stick a 12 gram in it every now and then and shoot some oil through it but I won't be playing with it.

i have a splatmaster, but i dont have the black plastic peice at the end of the barrel/part where you load the tubes, or just balls or whatever, so they wont stay in so i can fire it.

That thing is not as rare as you all think. It can be found in many places dealing with cattle marking and shipping. It may not have been made in a while but I see them all the time. Some discount farm supply stores have them in stock and even in the occasional catalogue. One thing I haven't seen in a long time is the original box. If you find a new splatmaster rapide keep it. That is the one I never see anymore.
