Very nice, an adaptor on the flatline bracket that will allow people to run with more conventional drop forwards.
It was definitely needed :)

yes that was a very good idea.....i'm assuming either AGD is making them themself, or having customproducts make them a whole bunch of them for the new flatlines.....now we can use dovetail drop forwards/cradles! :D

Is that what the new 4500 flatlines are going to look like?

Yes, but they're going to come in Pewter and possibly another color. The teal is for Experimental Flatlines (XFL).

They don't use the 5 year hydro tanks because those are made out of steel. This makes it heavier.
Plus it doesn't look as cool.
No, there is a type of fiber wrapped tank with a 5 year hydro now.

I dunno man...I like the teal. I dont see any other tanks out there with a blueish reg. They all are black or something right? I dig the teal ;)
Are these 4500's as marvelously light as the 68 3k's? Granted it might come in a 114 c.i. and the reg is a tid bit longer. But its still light?

Yup. Thanks made by "luxfer" have 5 year hydro dates now. Read Paintball Magazine November 2001 for that one.
I actually got an ACI bulldog tank instead of a Crossfire tank partially because of the new hydro dating.

Never htought of it.. but do you think some Weaver mounts would fit on a flatline? They look really sharp, and I've seen ppl mount Plamer regs with them.. the 2 hole Winchester kind.

I remember an AO member posting something about how not only Luxfer have the 5 year hydro, but carleton tanks now have it to. I believe he showed us in the form of a acrobat .pdf file.

Yes, a lot of new Carleton tanks have the 5 year hydro. It depends on the DOT exemption number.
That Carleton tank AGD is using in the pic IS a 5 year tank. :)
