well after someone seeing a picture of my e-mag and noticing the custom carved trigger someone from ao (Emert426) just had to have it done :) heres what I came up with.

here is the order in which I did it.
benchgrinder-remove the mass of it and get the shape
dremel with some of those like rock grinding heads-get deep cuts out left from the benchgrinder
150 grit sandpaper-smooth it
220 grit sandpaper-smooth it more
320 grit sandpaper-smooth it even more
600 grit sandpaper-smooth it than before get out lines
1000 grit sandpaper-remove all visible lines and make it sliky smooth
mothersmag+polishing wheel-make it shine like chome.

took 2-3 hours i suppose, i dunno for sure i took acouple breaks, plus i wasnt watching once and my tumb got attacked by the bench grinder once. so yeah :)

But I just picked up a fireblade so I'm having to sell it to cover some bills :(

not completely done, but what it looks like on an emag... ive had mine for about 2-3 months?

actually i was talkin about him selling it. Emert is the one I did it for. your trigger looks nice, just needs some highergrit sanding and mothersmag n some more lovin.
