Wow....AGD sure is slow

I ordered my Intelliframe last wednsday, I understand that they had thur+ Friday + the weekend off, but they STILL haven't even PROSCESSED my oreder yet...WTH?

Calm down there killer.
Think about it, they have probably only had about 10 hours of work since you placed your order. I'm sure that they are very busy getting new stuff out, fixing guns, taking/shipping orders etc. Give it another day or 2 atleast before you start complaining.

Don't know how they send it, or what delivery to Colorado is like, but I ordered something in Michigan 3 weeks ago and it just got here....priority 2 day mail. It WAS postmarked the day I ordered.

The Postmaster told me all mail going east to west is funneling through a few select hubs for decontamination.

i ordered mine on oct. 21, and it got to me on oct. 26 (my birthday! talk about good timing :D and i live in canada!!!

I ordered mine Nov. 9th (confirmation email says so) and got it yesterday (Nov. 28th). Yes... they got behind on them or at least those that were ready to ship with the tour and the holidays and all. I am sure this affected it some. Mine had to be assembled the week or so after the tour and was shipped last Friday. When I checked with Marcia she got right back to me to up date me on when it was going to be assembled. And true to her word it was done about the time she anticipated. I might have been one of the last to order before they were sold out of the Nickle ones. I am sure it was pretty close to last anyway. Did you order online and get a confirmation email? If not then you probably did not get through or they were already notifying you were out of stock?

I am an American, and a good one at that, I also understand that they had Thursday,Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. I would have expected the confiration that they had atleast RUN my card by atleast tuesday. I understand they are out of stock, and that's why I am not complaining anymore.

If you did not get a confirmation email something went wrong in the order placement and you most likely DO NOT have one on order like you think you do. Call or email them ([email protected]) and have them check on it for you.

It should have started out like this:

Thank you for placing your order with Airgun Designs.
Below is a copy of the information that we received.

Oh and they do not run your card until they actually ship out. Mine ordered on Nov 9th (email confirmation on that date) was charged out on the card Nov. 25th I think.
