so at my field there is a handfull of younger kids, most of them 15 and under that i call "Padawans" These kids never whine. Dont have the best gear, most of them have setups that are less than $250-$300.

They dont mind playing against a stacked team.

They have what many consider good technique

They are not jerkfaces, in fact they have really good attitudes.

They have a maturity level i wish i had at their age.

They listen and are open to constructive criticism.

They're honest.

did i mention they dont whine.

I forsee these kids growing up to be super preadators on the filed in about 2 years, completely unstopable.

Do they play together as a team? Become thier coach/manager. Get in on the ground floor. :D
