And i dont really know what im talking about here but from teh videos i have watched i would say gymnastic lessons, casue the crap those guys are doing looks like it takes alot of gymnastic talent to do.

start with the basics. Do general conditioning. Gymnastics will help but only with powermoves.

If you can't dance: work on finding a good groove and making your style. You don't want to be a complete power whore when you battle. The thing that really sets a good bboy apart is his sense of style integrated into his dance.

Footwork. A nice footwork routine is so much better than power. I say forgo breakdancing and learn to pop. Its so much cooler.
