when im shooting about 14 bps on my cocker i get a ball that once in ahwile goes only about 15 to 20 feet and i also get some bad spikkes in velocity

im using a ergo reg do i just kneed a knew reg and if so which one should i get thats under 100 dollars,i was thinking a shocktech reg since its just a cp reg with lighter milling and since i use all shocktech parts except for my eblade which is eclipse

What's your input pressure to your reg (from tank) and what's your output pressure to gun (from reg)? Fourteen balls per sec isn't an obscene rof compared to some guns these days, but it is pretty fast! I've got an eclipse pivot trigger and can only do about eight bps. Heck, you could have a weak hammer spring...but what are those pressures? Just curious.....

...oh, and I don't know that much about eblade stuff...

sounds like a low recharge rate to me. id go for a sidewinder or 2-liter.

and if youre shooting fast you might want to get some QEVs, if you dont have any already, but i dont think not having them could cause dropoff like that.

if i get qevs then i need a new ram since my st rame wont take qevs

id prolly get the 2 liter

oh and my input fromtank is 800psi and my reg input is i have know idea

Oil your reg?

where???

i put oil in the asa and gassed it up to oil the internals of the whole gun and reg

That's what I would have done. If one of your friends has a different reg try it on your gun to make sure it is the reg that's messing up.

If you are using a mech cocker than a 2-liter is huge overkill. Order a Sidewinder from http://dbnpaintball.com/.

i have an e2 frame on it

I still think the 2-liter would be over kill, but if you really want to spend that much on a reg you can. It is the best.

is the cp by shoctech good

CPs are always a good choice, I think they have close to the same consistancy as a Sidewinder. However, the Sidewinderhas a lot better rechange.

You may want to get a stronger hammer spring...examine the one you have now and make sure it isn't getting worn out....

hmmmm...like I said earlier, I don't know much about e-blades. I'm all mech right now as far as my cocker goes, but I've considered getting an e-blade...I'll keep thinking about it.....
