yes that hose will be fine, your tank will fill up to 3000 psi, but the regulator should only allow out about 800 psi max, unless it is an adjustable.
Hope that helps

Some will say yes some no.

How long of line ya need and what gun is it going on?

You talking plastic line. You can get SS line rated over 3000psi.wp and some rubber type as well.

If the tank reg fails do ya want the line to fail to? Thats the Question.

if the reg fails I would hope the burst disc blows before sending 3000 psi into the gun

Unless its an rt mag.. then watch the 20+ bps go down the feild :D

Ok, Does the reg have downstream blow off?[burst disk] if so at what rateing? Is there still a chance the line will see more then 1000psi? If so do I want it to fail and why.

Now there are two questions. Do I want it to fail? If Yes, why?

So, the question is what is the rating of the low pressure burst disk?

The line needs to handle that pressure.

the line will be fine.

a 1000psi line is much stronger than ANY macroline offered today which is what half the players use.

your burst disk will protect you from any serious spike in the first place, and second, all lines are rated at 1/4 of their BURST pressure. Working != Burst. This line will not burst until 4000psi

you will be fine, the line will be fine, you wont have trouble

Well he didnt say what kind of line he has or if that 1000psi rateing is the working or burst pressure.

What is the rateing on the down stream burst if his reg even has one.

What happened here? How come the disk didnt blow?

It happened last night. The reg seat on my 4 year old Air America Raptor blew last night during a flash filling session sending around 3000 psi coursing into my mag.
