Any AGD stock barrel.
What threading are we looking for? Cocker? Twist lock?

WOW thats a good question nowadays. I remember I used to love the old Taso 1" OD bull barrel on my minimag, Shot great and cheap as dirt.
I cant think of a barrel that dosent have porting that you could buy new. Maybe the Proteam Armson barrels, but they have a muzzel break. So do the old RT classic barrels.
It would probably be much easier to find one cocker-threaded than twist lock. I have an old WGP solid bore sniper barrel sitting around. Looks brutish on my mags

I love the armsons, another good choice would be the CP barrels... Start with the .689 and then later add a bigger or smaller bore size... Should be able to find them for $35-50 each

Cocker ofcourse.

You could try contacting Palmers. They dont do Mag barrels(that I know of), but it's worth a shot.

LAPCO barrels have their porting right at the end. They're a pretty good option.

I have Armson Pro Series Twist locks....cheap. ;)
Just curious, why do you want a barrel with no porting?
Just curious, why do you want a barrel with no porting?
I have a feeling that there is an indirect relationship bewteen a mags effiecency (or whinning about it) and the poliferation of dual bore barrels. Given the complete lack of single bore barrels has lead to conception of mags inefficiency.

Because porting simply wastes air. And the second larger stage in a 2 stage barrel provides less efficient propulsion than a one piece barrel.

I'm looking for a longer effective length barrel because I want to test the my theory that a level 10 'mag needs a longer effective length barrel. The theory is that it needs more than the 10 inches a level 7 needs.
You guys remember the twister barrels? Crono with the porting open, get on the field and twist the outer sleave to shut the ports and shoot hotter.

"Especially for Mags" would mean twist lock. But, oh well.
Lapco's good.
Also, those thinking about the efficiency question and effective barrel length might want to look at the calculations I made here:

well duh on me
stock cocker barrels go for really cheap and theyr single bore, just another option
i believe the effective and msot efficent barrel for the mag is around 11" NON-PORTED ALTHOUGH I COULD BE WRONG
OOPS CAPS :p
