Gimmi some advice ona tank I should get.

OK, I currently have a N2Duck, 68ci 3000psi, and an RT.
What is a good tank within the 150-200$ price range.

I was hoping for 45ci 4500psi, since its so small and probably cheap.

A 68ci 4500psi since it'll gimmi more shots.

Or an adjustable, but those all seem really pricey, though I don't kno how much they may benefit my RT.

Any advice\links are appreciated.

Well, adjustable is pretty much out of the picture, but I'm sure you could find a crossfire 4500 or hyperflow 420 series 4500. Both good tanks with low prices.

Oh I dunno about that Phatty...I have bought two nice Flatline 68/3000's (adjustables)for $180 each and both had two years left on them. Recently purchased from members here. So you could go that way and he could get it done within his budget. Just a thought.

Pure Energy preset tanks are very nice. A 68/4500 or 88/4500 will run you around $220, well worth the money.

from what i've heard....pure energy's have crappy regulators and shoot down after 8 or so shots. Like I said, someone told me that and its not true unless others noticed it as well.

maybe it's just my Pure Energy tank being special, but it keeps up with my intimidator at 10 bps or so. I've yet to get it shooting much faster than that becaues as of right now i've got an 18v hopper (and we all know they never consistently feed at a specific rate). I personally like my 68 3000 Pure Energy tank, although i'm looking to get an Armaggedon 88 4500 soon (hopefully for christmas) so i can play back more often than i had in the past.

But definitely a good tank for the money. A 68 3000 pure energy tank is like $125 or so new. Or an 88 3000 pure energy is about $150 new.

Nitroduck served me well. I got the Tuffskin series, 68/4500, I get about 1100-1200 shots out of it for my RT. I would say that's pretty efficient. Cost? $170-180 at Islandpaintball.com. I got that price 'cause I traded in my 114/3000 and negotiated a discount. Not too bad.

My friend's got a RT Pro, 45/4500 Pure Energy. He bought it for over $220, and he gets less than 600 shots out of there.

You should be able to find a crossfire or pure energy on ebay for under a $100 new. Go search!

I would suggest adjustable, because on my brother's RT we always ran about 700 psi with a flatline and 650 with a hyperflow. It sounds like a lot of the new presets are flowing higher so you end up wanting a lower pressure. Just my findings.

If you adjusted the output pressure on an adjustable, the flow rate would remain the same???
What is the benefit of lowering presure in general, and on the RT?

in my opinion dont waste your time getting a crappy tank its not worth it. Wait longer until you have more money and get a maxflor, dynaflo, or geddon. I personally think the maxflo is the best

I recommend you don't even bother with Pure Energy. Their n2 tanks are crappy. If you want a cheap 4500 then get a crossfire 4500. If you want to get a nice reliable 4500 then get the new 4500 Max Flow from Smart Parts. It is the best and it is worth the money. Just don't get a piece of **** pure energy. Oh yeah...get a 68ci don't bother with a 45ci you can go days with a 68ci 4500 it's great

I have a Pure Energy 88/3000. A great tank for around $170.
It keeps up with my ELCD Spyder w/Warp Feed at 15bps. The 4500's are a little more, around $220.
