So I finally have my emag put back together. And I'm running a 68/45 on it to try and test fire her...

I air it up and hear the click sound, and all the hoses get tight but when I pull the trigger I hear a small click but it will not fire.

Is this a problem with my sear? I've taken her apart and re-assembled it but nothing new, I also oiled the valve with the same results

The only variable I can see is that I have no magnet in the trigger. But would this cause it not to fire in mech mode?

Ok, so it will not fire in mechanical mode? Have you turned up the velocity? Have you played with the trigger rod? Does it have the stock trigger? Which magnet is missing?

But no, missing magnets will not cause the gun to not work in mechanical mode.

Emags
Make sure air is turned on(gauge)
Make sure saftey is off
On off pin out.

There have been a few games in a touney I played in were I forgot to turn my air on or pull the pin out :D

ok so now the bolt wont even start to cycle...

I cant turn up the pressure on my tank cause its set @ 800 (I think? 68/45 crossfire)

Could it possibly be the shims on the level X?

Any ideas?

Turn up the valocity. 1/8" allen key in the back of the gun and turn to the right.

It's not your bolt, trigger rod or the on/off pin.

It is either your battery is not fully charged
or
Your tank isn't filled or is low pressure.
What color is your regulater?

First don't feel like a moron cause I've been playing with Mags for most of my paintball career and I've run into games with my batterry pin in and things like that. Also I agree with Ryantheco and what he said. It has to do with your battery or your air. If you have a crossfire tank, make sure the reg is red and not blue. Also your battery might not be charged well. On rare ocassion, I've charged my battery for a couple hours and it reads green, but on my marker it is still low. I charge it again and its fine. Hope this helps. Good luck with it.

you need to use a high pressure tank and not a low pressure tank the mag wont run on a low pressure tank meanig outpu of 450psi high pressure of 800 to 850psi

A red Crossifire tanks would be a good choice.
They have a very fast recharge rate.
PMI work great too. I use both on mine.
When you get the right tank, you'll love your E-mag.
Here's an idea: Put your low pressure tank up for trade for a high pressure tank on AO.
A 68/45 hi pressure tank usually runs at about $110 to $150.
