What's wrong with the Outkast the way it is? I don't mean to bust your chops, but why don't you play with it for a while before you start changing things around?

Are you going to use CO2 or compressed air?

Seriously, I don't know how many people I've seen just buy a bunch of stuff and throw it onto a new gun they never shot and then wonder why it shoots bad after they spent all that money :-Þ

With that being said ... maybe a nice barrel, and a delrin bolt.

You don't need upgrades with an Outkast!!!! Dude they rock straight out of the box... Got a hopper , paint & air? Thats all you need.

My GF has an outkast, and i would have to say, it is a great cocker straight out the box. 5-6 years ago a cocker like that would have more then double the price. Only thing i would recommend, although its not nessasary, is a new 3 way. The one thats one make the trigger pull a bit long for my liking. Other then that nothing (assuming you have a better cocker barrel).
