I like them. I think they look unique but pretty cool. If I had the extra moola to spend on it, I might pick one up. They offer a lot of ano colors too. They are at 110 + shipping. Kinda pricey, but looks pretty cool.

That is pretty sweet, I am still waiting for a Karta from DW. Dont know if it will ever come out though. The Phoen body resembles my shocker too much. But the one you posted kinda looks like a Chord. I like.

I think they should have made it more gradual, like how the you can see the body through the first 4 little slits, they should have made it like that for the first three, then gradually made each slit smaller until you got no body showing through...IF that made any sense

why would they ever do that?

It would make too much sense.

Looks to be an aluminum frame as well.

They have always been aluminum. I think the back slots are not milled all the way thorugh because that is where the swivel donut screw is, and paint getting inside there would not be good. I dont know if thats the reason though.

I dont know why there is no pic on a fully assembled gun. Maybe there will be shortly.

yuck.. i'd like the ion a little more if it didn't look like a buzz lightyear space gun in every iteration.

i'll take 2 for my little cousins

I should go knock some sense into Rob over at FBM...

Wow. I didn't think any one could make an Ion body that was actually uglier than the stock one.

That's completely pointless. My teammate apparently bought one and I thought it was atleast a replacement for the entire body, not just the outside. Can you get at the bolt now without taking it all apart?

Um, the stock frame is aluminum. You live in a cave?

Couldn't agree more. But then again, most of FBM's bodys are ugly.

so did mags copy phantoms. There are other one tube designs before the mag. Its not a copy of a mag.

Congrat's on 1000!

Is that a snatchgrip? and is it integrated into a rail across the bottom or part of the mainbody? It is an interesting design, but I think I will stick with my Deadlywind for now...
