I have not tuned a Level 10 before.

I know there is an endless amount of info about how to do it.

Just in case I screw it up, what spare parts should I have?

I know the shims can be easily fudged up...

Also, what spare parts should I keep for my Level 10 in case I blow an o-ring or something?

All the spare parts you need come with the kit.

You'd have to blow SEVERAL orings before it became an issue.

The shims in the level10(and ULT) are very small, so their very easy to lose. A good tool to remove them/handle them is a dental pick and/or needle.
A good writeup on installion/tuning is at http://www.automags.org/resource/level10/index.shtml .
In my RT I use 1shim and a silverspring(longest). It seems to work fine for me, but i'm sure each valve is fine tuned differently, you can even fine tune it to work off of a dollar bill and/or human tongue(vids are available of both for proof).
Also, if you get a ULT, try not to mix the ULT shims w/ the L10 shims. They are same size around but the thickness is 1/2. Basically 1 L10 shim is like 2 ULTshims. Someone correct me if i'm wrong I may have this backwards.
