alot of people went in and deleted all of their old attached pictures (thru UserCP)

Yeah, I did that too
I was hoping people wouldn't delete stuff from the workshop and such.
There was some great reference material in there

I not 100% sure but I think you will find that even though a lot of stuff was deleted by the users themselves (which was good as per the sticky thread info) the old pictures database corrupted and won't show because of this. If you really want a particular picture that a user posted PM them as most people keep a copy on their own pc.
