At the end of the day, it works out about the same...except for the $20 paint cost difference. However the real savings/cost is if both fields were BYOP I could sometimes play at a field without having to buy paint at all...could use what I had left from the previous purchase.

The prices listed above are about normal for my area. Paint is a bit higher here though.

I find though that if folks play a lot of paintball, it is best to get a field membership. This will reduce the costs a great deal.

I also find that if you go as a group, you can reduce individual costs a lot.
