You can do it yourself i did it, just check model98.net, but their server might still be closed down.

Its rough. Its on the backburner until schools over. :(

The cocking hole isn't covered YET. but bondo or metal lab will do. Right now, masking tape is there to keep paint out of it.(i played last week)
You use a drill press. My buddies and I were able to do it in about 30 minutes, without screwing up.

The gun was always beat up, Im trying to make her happy for once in her life. :D

It's amazing what you can do with a simple hand file and other hand tools.

A Dremel is a hand tool, but it's not magic ... it's good for some things but not everything. With only a little practice it's easier to file down a flat surface or make a 90 corner, or even a curve with a good file than a Dremel.

I used to use power and machining tools for everything, but I learned from some of the old timers and in a lot of situations if you want to do something simple, you can just throw the piece into a vice and file it by hand in 3 minutes instead of spending 10 to mount it into a milling machine. Besides, it's even more of a pain when you don't have machining tools at home and it will take you a 20 minute trip to go use one and it's 3 am and you just want to get things done (c:

Hand files do work wonders. Great for little stuff.
A dremmel is great for bigger stuff.
