host it at imageshack. i would say get rid of the drop, and get a uni. they are WAY more comfy and very easy to shoot fast. and get some macro line or get the SS so its not so all over the place.

You need to run the air straight to the bottomline and not through the grip. Also, if that is the stock AGD asa then reaplce it. They tend to eat up orings.

First, please resize that pic.

Second, your mag needs nothing as long as you're happy with it. As long as it feels comfortable to you and performs to your standards then leave it how it is. Don't upgrade just for the sake of upgrading.

And now do you want to make it smaller? Shorter? Lower profile? For lower profile get a unimount or rail setup. If you want to make it shorter... well get a shorter barrel tip.

He was talking about the picture.

I would say lose the drop, lose the SS, and don't run anything to the gas thru.

Personally I think the barrel tip is a tad bit to long...Other than that (even the drop) that is perfect.

i meant the picture, nd i like my barrel ( not for sup air fields though)

i also have already taken the drop off and the only reason that it was through the fore grip is becioase i didnt have a lin that would go from the valve to the asa with the drop on it at that time

Now try replacing those...it works. Sorry about screwing it up before.

A new rail (Rogue style) will provide more adjustment for the foregrip and get rid of that damn bracket. Also, you should probably redo the airlines.

new rail, lose the shrouds, use macro line or don't use a gas thru grip, update your grips, use a body with changeable feednecks and get a clamper, reverse the drop, get a hybrid push button asa.

then it would rock.

Loss the Stainless Steal line all that does is chance scratching your body up.

I have a 1in freak tip, it works great. Also how about like a RPG rail? Thrasher rail?

Well, just a heads up, but I think your foregrip has leperacy.

Personally I'd just get something like a CP rail and an On/Off from your favorite company, unless you like your flame drop then just get an On/Off and ditch the stock ASA.

To help clean things up I'd either get shorter bits of hose or get some Macroline and run the air way the same OR just run a 1' long piece of Macroline to the valve and skip the gas-through all together.

Right now I'd say the things working against the look of your ULE Custom are simply the air lines which are obviously too long for the way it's set-up.

Aside from that it looks like a nice Red/Black Automag.

I'll try and round it all up for you:
(Remeber, this is if you want it. If you are happy, doen't mess with it. But also remember, you CAN become happier.)

New Gas-Thru (Like Rogue's stick)
Unimount/railed on-off instead of drop
Fix SS line to not run through gas-thru and maybe buy macro
New rail (Rogue's)
New trigger (Guess Whom's)
Feedneck
Barrel (I do not think this is needed if you play airball, a long barrel helps push away the bunker)

Chris_automag_07

i know it helps push away the bunker but i try to move up the field quikly so it gets in the way if i dont pay close attention to how i slide, otherwise it is light and great...............by the way, does anyone have one of the 1 in. freak tips that can tell me how much less accurate it is than aa longer tip?

ta2maki
06-23-2005, 11:08 PM
It's exactly the same. try playing without the tip and you will find it to be the same.

How does a unimount improve speed?

VFX_Fenix

How does a unimount improve speed?

Hand/Forearm position and the tension on the muscles that move your finges. slightly different for each person as to where is the "best spot" to keep those muscles loose but for some people the Unimount helps.

To make it better(because as is it's not bad), sell it and buy an Ion.
frankly, i would rather buy a dreadful e-99 than an ion
no offence

.....you have lost permission to talk lol....no offense but an ion doesnt even compare to a nicely x-valved ULE mag.

Are you trying to be funny? I am not seeing the humor in trying to turn this into a flame war over Ions vs. Mags. He wants to know how he can improve his current gun, not having some guy tell him to go out and buy another.

Not a flame at all, just my opinion. Oh, I forgot, you're not allowed to have a differen't opinion on AO. I didn't even friggen mention Ions in that post, I said VERT MICROMAG BODIES

U should get Macro Lining or something the cords are very long and ugly. Thats the only problem I see.

Don't go with the Macro lines, stay with the Stainless Steel hose. This way you never have to worry about leaks. The next thing is if you decide to stay with the stainless steel hose I would highly recommend "swivel fittings". The swivel fittings lets the stainless hose bend in whatever way it wants to. Also it's way easier when you assemble/disassemble your marker so you don't have to FORCE and FIGHT with your stainless steel hose. Other than that your marker looks pretty nice! (Besides the bottle bottom adaptor.)

So...Keep his valve, buy a new mag?
THATS feasable.

I like your mag the way it is. Maybe get some hsorter Stainless line, but other than that, just enjoy it!

themagsmith.com get the rogue series stick grip, quite a bit more compact, would look cool with that.
