My dad was telling me about is frist day of work back in his home town after being in Albany ny for 7-8 months . He was working in the mess hall and one of the inmates got out of line and started going to the hall, my dad yelled at him to "Get back in line". He did so, later that day one of my dads buds that work with him told him " Hi, remeber that guy you yelled at in the mess hall, Do you know who he is? Thats Ronald DeFeo, the guy that murder his family."

Just think its kidda cool that my dad yell at him.

About 25-30 years ago a kid killed both his parents with an axe in my house :)
And I'm not joking.
I've yet to find a gateway to hell in my basement though :(

yeah thats what im thinking. The neighbors house had one kid blow his brains out there. And then the next owners of the house, he was a doctor, blew his brains out too. Im just waiting for the people in it to have someones brains all over the mirror. They are a pretty wierd family, i tend to stay away from them.

the house i lived in for 10 years was built on a burial ground and yes, certain events did happen...very freaky.

It's hard to sleep somtimes over the voices sreeming "get out" and throwing things around but I manage. Actually we don't have any angry ghosts but I did discover Jamacans won't come into a house where anyone died.
The only wierd thing I ever remember happening is when I was younger I was in bed on the second floor and saw a shadow of a hand knocking on a wall and heard it. I was on the second floor and alone in the room with the doors closed and nothing outside the window. I didn't think much of it at the time nor do I now I'm sure their is somthing I overlooked.


And yes we got a good price on the house but not because of the muders, the women who owned it just wanted to get rid of it fast and didn't use a real estate company.



And on a side note about the Amityville house they changed it around so it doesn't look anything like it did in the movie. They got sick of people walking around the property and ringing the doorbell, it's a little harder to find now but if you know what you're looking for you can still pick it out. How would you like people comming to your house every day asking to see where the people got killed? Actually I'd probably let them in then have someone chase them out with a chainsaw :)
