Minimag with new Retro! Need Help

I 've put on the new Retro. Have'nt received the Hyperframe. Has the stock fiber frame. The mag was purchased new in '95. I'm using a fixed output air tank feeding 800psi. Using an old Dye S/S muzzle porting only barrel with a new V nubbin. Installed the new sear and trigger rod and it was swinging freely in the rail. Radar chron has it shooting about 292. I noticed the rear frame thumb screw is not flush against the trigger frame but it is very finger tight. But here is the problem (opportunity) it shoots on the pull and the release. I've been away from the mag world and I'm not sure how to troubleshoot It and have it working right. Any Ideas?

Also when it double shoots the trigger rod is out all the way and there is no take up on the trigger. Other times the trigger rod will not come out all the way and there is a blooper shot. When the mag is fired fast it will chop a ball. Any ideas?
