Money Order Qestion

If you buy somthing off a person and you send them a money order and they decide to rip you off or not send the item. Can you get your money back? I know with paypal you can file a complaint but I dont feel like paying fee's If I dont have to.

I don't know what the PO can do, but if I were you I'd call up the local police station or something..I did that before and it worked.
