Does anyone know where I could get a ball sizing plate or card to check ball size at the field on the day I play? I have a few barrels and it is a pain to take each out and check how they shoot in the chrono area. If I had a drop through type plate it would be great. How do you know which Freak insert to use? Thanks in advance for any help.

WDP make them. Not sure if you can order them from their website... you may need to try and find them at a major event or get someone you know who can go to one, buy a sizer for you.

If you want to go more expensive and be more presice... you could get one of those sliding digital (or the guage kind) ruler things (i think they are called micrometers anyone?) and you just slip it around the ball and close... the digitals read out to the thousands place, whereas the guage kind looks much like a pressure guage with much more detail.

Heres a digital one: expensive but accurate.. you wouldnt need somehtign liek this for paitnball, but mechanical ones could be useful. I found this at Craftsman.com

just remember when using a micrometer that you're measuring a sphere. So be sure you're getting the absolute widest part of the ball (the true diameter) when you measure.
