I have been away for awhile and well I just started looking at the forum again and noticed that there are ROF caps and locks for guns again, what are the new caps for the various leagues?

PSP/CFOA= 3 shots semi, then ramp to 15bps
millenium= 15bps ramp starting at 8bps
NPPL= uncapped semi

(i think?)

I have it from the NPPL refs that I've talked to that the NPPL will be implementing a 15bps cap by the Commander's Cup.

what is ramp? is it like turbo?

Basicly. Just that it starts after a few "true semi" shots so it's possible to just shoot one of tow balls in a controlled manor.

Dont forget the NXL. 3 semi full auto at 15. Although I dont know any one who plays nxl...
