Monday I was out paintballing with my buddies when my mag developed a leak down the barrel. I oiled it up and tried different carriers on my level ten, removed a shim, - the works. All to no evail. Then I put it back to the way I had it before and walla! no leak.
Today we paintballed again, my mag was working like a charm for most of the day. I was really happy because I always seem to be having some sort of problem or another, such as the event mentioned above. Then after one of the last rounds it starts leaking down the barrel hard. I field strip it and what do you know the spring had snapped at the tip! :wow:
Has this happened to anyone else? Can anything be done to prevent it?
