Old. It's been discussed to death and it's been decided that the thing is a pos and it's not worth it.

I held one at the 2004 IAO, but it was only half done.

My first requirement for my primary marker:
Does it have eyes?
If the answer is about how it does not need it because of low pressure, level ten, etc. so it doesn't have them I'm not interested - until proven wrong.
