I just bought a new gun. It is P8ntballer590's BKO. I didn't get his tank though because I am looking for something with a few more shots per fil(No fills on an outlaw field). What I am looking for is say a 68/4500 or a bigger 3000 psi tank, such as a 114 or an 88 or something in between. I have a few options here. First I could buy a used 68/45, but the guy selling it doesn't know what type of tank/reg it is. All he knows is that its a 68/45 and that its in hydro. My other choices are costlier, but I get a brand name product that is brand new. Your thougts. I'll probably go for the used 68/45 but I wanted an opinion.

Also another important question. I am selling my other gun and co2 tanks for funds to buy this new gun but one of the tanks is still about 3/4 of the way full. I would hook it to my gun and shoot some balls just for practice or something but I have no paint.

I just called the local "paintball shop"(army navy surplus) and they said they only fill to 3000 psi. Now this means two things. Localy I can only go to 3000 psi. But if I go to a field that fills to 4.5k then I could get higher if I get a 4.5k tank. Then if I get a big 3k tank I could get it filled everywhere but I would need a bigger tank for the same amount of shots. Opinions? Please?

if you have the money for the 4.5k then get it. you can fill it to 3k if you go the the place that fills to 3k and then if you go to the field then get it to 4.5k.

my opinion- go hit up the air system section of the BST, find a nice used 68/45 and get it

That was my original idea. But the only place that would fill to 4.5k is hours away. The place that fills to 3000 is only 1 hour away. I need more shots per fill. Unless I can get a fill adapter and have my dad fill my tanks at the fire department. That should work. They fill their tanks to 4500 psi.
