Here it is. Introducing the TUNABLADE! Genuine AGD Spec Emag/XMag trigger. No fumbling with silly set screws anymore. Gloss Black only. Not many in this batch so get 'um while you can. 39.99+ 3.00 first class shipping. Take the magnets out of your stock trigger and slap them in here. Magnets and magnet mount holder with oring are available at an additional cost if you need them. The new model has no bearing. I find that it is not worth the extra cash to make them. :edit: How would you get the magnets out of the trigger? They're glued in, and recessed into the trigger.

And if heat would break the glue, it would also weaken the magnet.

Just a couple of things...I suggest you leave the existing magnet in the top of your existing stock trigger and swing for a new one for the new trigger . This keeps both triggers in working order, just switch the trigger magnet mount with the center magnet to whatever trigger you want. Maybe I'll put the top magnet in all of them. You bums are payin' though... MAKE SURE your trigger can be adjusted and it isn't stripped out...make sure the allen wrench is ALL the way in before turning...You will also need a 1/8 inch punch and a hammer...or a small arbor press to switch the triggers correctly.:D ;)
OH YEA...THE ARBOR PRESS...Northern Tool has the small one for like 20.00. Every mag owner should have one... ;)

Forgive the n00b question, but I just got my first Emag. What does that do? How is that an advantage?

This is just for the trigger itself, right? Not the whole grip frame?

It is the trigger not teh whole frame. Changing the trigger obviously changes the way the trigger feel. I really like this new trigger over the stock double trigger. I find it easier to rip on then the original.

Those of you that have this trigger have you used the fireblade. If so how does it compare? I currently have a fireblade, but I like the style of tunas trigger more.

Also I've never really messed with any other triggers besides the fireblade. The precision roller bearing does/ helps in what way?

Ive spoken with a few that have used both and they prefer their Tunablade.

I havent seen one in person with the bearings and trigger magnet mounts. But everyone I have spoken with has said it drops right in, uses your existing magnet mount(or you can buy one from Tuna) and there is no need to mess with the trigger rod putting it out of AGD spec.

I can say this much -- I sent mine out to AGD directly after installing it for a loose solenoid wire repair. I spoke to Troy, and asked if he could give my Mag a quick once over. I called for a follow up and asked if there were any issues with "tuning" the TunaBlade since I just dropped it in. He found no issue at all, and commented that it was a very nice design that functions as if it were a stock trigger....

I posted this small write up at PBOG.com:

psychowarden
04-06-2006, 10:12 AM
The first time I tested it, mostly full, about 2000psi, but recently, its just been 1000psi fills or so because my scuba tank is getting really low. It works just fine in elctro mode, and it was shooting great in mech with the stock trigger. Is it possible that I will have to adjust it?

I may be able to. Would I need to send the whole gun or just the frame?

I will be sure to test it out this weekend with a full tank.

Just to explain things a bit better. It seems like its not pushing the sear down far enough. I can hear a bit of gas escape, but then the pin just snaps back into place without cycling the marker.

I installed the top magnet already. Just switch your middle magnet mount from your old one and adjust.

Just to let you know, the top magnet may be reversed. I have had several people tell me they have had the same thing. Its nothing to panick about and its an easy fix. Just thought I would let you know about that Tuna.

Exactly what I did. I had the occasional problem with the bottom magnet screw slipping, but again an easy fix with a little blue Loctite. In all, a wonderful addition and I would reccomend it to anyone.
