dynaflow, maxflo, apoc2k, theres tons of them out there. if you dont want to pay the full price of a new adjustable tank check out the used tank section. might be some good deals in there.dont forget the flatline, AGD has a program running where you send in a tank and they put the flatline reg on for you. check that out.

Flatline can run on your speed. I run it on mine.

Flatlines don't have bleed on/offs. It's a good reg, it just didn't cut it for me.

Well i saw the Air America Armageddon and was very impressed and the reviews are all great that i hav seen!

I dont recomend angel air because of all the regulator screen issues that i have heard.

Angel Air is kinda heavy and you can get shootdown easy because it's LP and the reg doesn't like to put out.

A.I.R - weak electronics, no backlight on lcd, very heavy, safety vent likes to leak sometimes even when it shouldn't, it's a pain to install/ + many people hate the on/off.

I agree the AIR can be finicky as some work great some don't, I had a few problems with mine but fixed them and all was good...and it was last used to run a Speed and I don't have the LP adaptation and it didn't drop off or fail to recharge quickly or anything, that to be honest is an urban myth. You may find that the recharge rates are lower than other regulators but the AIR is still plenty quick enough but faster recharge is always good but don't knock something that in actual use is fine for the job ;) The downsides of the AIR are the weight, the lack of an on/off tap other than that careful filling takes care of most all of the other possible problems.

I now use an inline Max-Flo and it was swapped purely for the weight problem(?) the only problem I have had with the inline is the on/off O ring failed but that was a simple fix. I did replace the fittings for proper pressure rated ones and to do so I had to also remove the inlet nipple so a little more space would have been nice but it didn't take that long oh and the other thing that failed was the inlet feed nipple but again simply an O ring and it was fixed, both of the failures could happen on any regulator so don't take that as dig against the Max-Flo specifically.
