Is it just me or does there seem to be more space between the top and bottom tubes than before?

So is anyone even concerned about market saturation? There has got to be a point when people say "screw this, I'm keeping what I have now" especially with how resale has been.

i like the first empires. milled logo is sweet.

I like the profile a lot more. They always seemed like there was too much room between the foregrip and the frame to me.

If they retail for $700.00 then might have something there....

Yes and no - I think it is a point some people get to after having been in the game, they go to ultra-high end, and then back down to high end, and they stay there. But with the turnover in the sport, well theres always the next group that has not settled in yet.

They look shorter and smaller, with little emphasis on low pressure chambers near the LPR.
Probably weigh less than current ones.

Will they shoot faster? Probably not, mainly due to the physical limitations of loaders today.

that's what i say. still have every marker i've owned except for one.

i'm sure like all the other timmy's, the only difference is milling.

And you sir speak with ignorance...

Yes, all of the 2k4 versions are roughly the same besides the milling. And all of the 2k2 versions are roughly the same besides milling. But going from 2k2 to a 2k4 was a LARGE step in the right direction. Many things changed from the 2k2 to 2k4 that impacted gun operation, pressure, kick & balance.

i am still running my 2k2 timmy.....i honestly see no real need to upgrade.

they look like the current 2k4 timmy's for the most part....except a bit shorter in overall length.

hahaha...yeah right!

it is the same distance as the 2k5s had. it just looks closer cause the gun is overall much shorter.

hate the batwing looking thing on the front of the infamous one, and the emipre 2, the frame needs to go with the marker better. but, im shure they are nice.

I am honestly super picky about the way a gun looks...as in, I don't generally like anything out there other than a Mag...but this thing kind of looks nice. I don't know that I would buy one, but it's the first Intimidator that I dare call "nice looking".

To be honest that does look pretty good. First Timmy Ive seen that didnt look too over the top.

I tend to avoid guns with exposed bolts though, imo they are a potential detriment to a guns performance.

The grip frame and front block seem strangely out of proportion.

The front block seems to just be a slightly milled 2004 front block. I guess just for the ease of manufacturing they didn't want to change it much. I think it looks kind of nice with the large block. Reminds me how much smaller they have gotten and gives it alittle bit on contrast.

I don't know, I like Bob Long and everything, but I'll always see just an overpriced, overbuilt Spyder...

rediculious

Rediculious huh?

Dirt and sand get stuck on exposed bolts. Ever get dirt or sand grit on your bolt? Scratches the bolt and breech pretty bad over time.

What causes delrin to swell? An exposed bolt is much more susceptable to the elements.

an exposed bolt is one factor that is preventing me from buying a Timmy or any exposed bolt gun for that matter. Unfortunatley the dirt at my home field is somewhat fine and powdery. Granted you dont have to lube the bolt, so the dirt wont pick up.

But from what i understand the affects of having an exposed bolt in relatively dirty areas are negligble.

i have heard talk of concern about exposed bolts, but, NEVER have i actually heard of ANY issue caused by a marker having an exposed bolt. Dirt get on the bolt? oh dear....that will do.....nothing, and, dosent really happen/enough to matter. Even if you did scratch up a breech or bolt due to dirt or sand getting in, thats still not going to do ANYTHING performance wise to hurt the marker. Also, breeches and bolts wear regardless of being exposed in any ram/hammer driven marker. Look at angels, all the ones i have seen have signifigant breech wear, even if fairly new, and, those have enclosed bolts.

Anyway, not worth arguing over, to each his own.

On a more serious note, that thing looks disgusting.
Way too busy, and I like Timmies.
If all the new ones are like that, they've turned me off of that marker for good.

Yeah I like the look of the Infamous over the Empire 2. The milling is plain but it still looks awsome.

What type of timmy is pictured? Is it the empire 2? I thought the empires had the x on there? Just want to know because I think I found my next marker.

I like it.. the milling is kinda subtle but intricate.. meh, dont know how to describe it. the big front block is large, but it seems to flow well with everything else on the marker.

The blue marker is the Empire2 and the red is the Infamous.
