Electro frame not firing

ok heres the problem... got a frame that resembles a booyah one. when i air it up and turn it on then press the trigger nothing happens. the solenoid does not fire at all. but get this... when i take the frame off the solenoid fires just fine if i press on the thinga-ma-bobber that pushes the pin. one more weird thing... my valve will work in a gun that is not electronic, so what in the world could be wrong with my gun? its not the battery or anything, should i send it into airgun designs and see if they could find out what is wrong with it? the person who installed it cant figure out whats wrong either... i dont need a lp tank do i?

Airgun won't fix it as it's not their part.

What else is on the gun? Valve? Rail? Level 10? ULT?

um... x-valve, classic rail, lvl 10 and ult

Does the gun shoot without the electro trigger on it?

Did the gun ever work with the e-frame on it?

You probably need to add shiims to the ult.

ive tried like everything to fix it... adding shims and what-not but no it never worked with the e-frame and yes the valve works w/o an e-frame

Have you checked to see if the noid is close enough to the sear to actually push it.
