E-Mag charger problem

I have tried charging my E-Mag's battery with the car charger and a house charger that I bought from radio shack and the battery will not charge. I am sure that I am hooking up the charging units correctly and the light, in the house and the car, starts on red and goes to green after about an hour and ten minutes. What could be going wrong and can AGD send me a new one?

Might be your battery is charged and something else is not allowing your marker to boot up. Trigger adjusted too close to the sensor? You been adjusting anything? You need to check the output of the battery directly from the contacts with a DC volt meter and see. If not the battery then explore the other reasons for it not powering up.

AGD said not to use Radio Shack chargers, just the AGD ones. Tisk tisk!
