I ordered one today and have to pick it up tomorrow. I will try it out on my Tac One while we play some woodsball on Sunday.

Maybe I will have my own review on Sunday night...

hope you like it. it is fun to try to shoot around the bunker. I mostly use it to create the "flatline distance effect"

I dig mine --- My E tac / Apex combo is the suppression tool I reach for when rounds have to fly !!!

Most of the team's Tacs are Apex'ed. We love them - though you need to not spend too much time trying to adjust the barrel during play, it can get very distracting.

I had a scratched up Freak front and made mods to it so I could put the Apex on the end of it. It works great and is alot quieter.

LOL, I take it the barrel didn't meet expectations?

The barrel does exactly what they say....it does in fact curve the balls around obstacles. It does in fact shoot balls further than standard barrels... The problem I observed was that the spread pattern was 200 ft! The accuracey between this barrel and my Freak is like comparing a Red Rider BB gun to a Barrett .50 sniper rifle.

I will attempt it again on a day with absolutely no wind, although teh Freak handled the lights winds that day just fine....

Another quality BT product!

Interesting... Based on your feedback, I think I might wait to perform my trial of said product. Thanks for being the beta tester for me!!

Gotta tell ya -- I'd never consider this barrel for my primary. For that I have a very good muti bore kit. But I do leave this in a Dye-lock-pod for when I need fire supression out to extended ranges. Also for bombing missions, bunker busting ect... It isn't the accuracy that I bought it for -- nor was the Flatline.

As for your huge pattern, I have not seen that much of a spread, mostly in the three foot range which is consistant with the Flatline as well. I'd try better paint to bore matching and no wind of course.
