Hello,

I was hoping on picking up an automag soon, and I was thinking of a Pro-Classic(So I can use my Z-grip and for the cost reason). Now I want to be able to put a ULT in it, but AGD says they will not work, but I was wondering if anyone here knows for sure. The reason I am asking is because I have seen Minimags with ULTs. Thanks for any and all help.

you can put the ult on a classic valve but it will probably short stroke like crazy . search the forums for more information on this

You want to get as many shims as possible in it to get it working properly.

my old Classic had a Ult in it. Just add extra shims and make sure to let the trigger travel the full length. There is a few furms about it if you use search :)

I put together a Spyder mag using a classic vavle and ULT. Like someone said above, you need to keep as many shims in it as possible. I even grinded the pin down a little. It worked ok with the e-frame on it, but not nearly as well as witht he xvalve.

The classic does not have as much force pushing the pin back to the start position as the Xvavle.
