It has been awhile since I have posted here(School, Work).

I was just wondering what nationality you all were?

Let me start it off.

I am Iranian

Well, I am a Hartley... so my Father's side came from the Island on the other side of the pond..... and French / American Indian (Iroquois) on Mother's side (hence my build and deep tan in the summer).

I'm Iranian too even though I don't admit it. I am also Irish. I look far more Irish than I do Iranian. Ohh yeah, I also hate Iran. yes I do, Iran was one of the wealthiest countries before the shah. I don't really care much for it anymore though. The last time I was there was in 1997. My mother is Iranian. It's a fun place to be but there are some things that just piss me off. My mother went to jail for a day because she had pink nail polish. The fanatics and there 4WD vehicles...gullible pricks. As far as Khomeini goes I am sure there are more people in line after him. How is paintballing in Iran? The mountains are really nice. Tehran is ridiculous, you can actually cut the air with a knife. I noticed a lot of the wealthier people live in gated communities with a lot of alcohol and illegal satellite dishes.

Do you speak farsi well enough, to actually hold a conversation? '97 was a very rough time in Iran, with the presidential elections and all....
They took my father as political prisoner in Iran for 1 1/2 years! They tortured him day and night for 8 months straight! My Sister and I were not permitted to leave the country, and we were kept in Iran for 4 months, away from My mother and brother. X - Plosive, whatever you do, donot turn your back on your people. Im 50% Italian (Grandfather & his parents came to manhatten from Lucca around 1915-1916), and on the other side, my mom is 100% irish, but my moms family lived in Canada from the late 1700's until the 1940's. So Im 50% Irish Canadian (Its like French Canadian, but cooler)

I don't really have any french canadian blood in my, strangely enough. No one in my family married anyone but other irishmen until more recently, so I have french aunts, uncles, and cousins, but none in me.

By blood I am 1/2 Czech. My fathers side has a long line of Czech immigrants.

My moms is a big melting pot, with a bit of Scotish, English, and German. I am some how far removed from President McKinley.

And I am on the National Tribal Roll of the Potawattomi Indian Tribe. But I feel it probablly is the strongest blood in me, and effects both my artistic side and my laid back nature.
