no, benemoth has it pretty much right. RR and ptp basically claimed rights to it, got it patented, and DW could no longer produce them. Then they went no where with it. It was basically one of those things where someone says, If I cant have it nobody can, and destroys it.

Pneumag is long gone unless you build your own. its possible.
