Take a heat gun on a low setting, or a hair dryer. Warm up your rev shell. Get a barrel and press it into the body of the rev once it begins to get soft. Thats about it.

Ok, heatgun? Would a hot glue gun work? THANX!

It needs to blow air, not melt. Use a hairdryer if you dont have access to a heatgun. The hairdryer is probably safer since it shouldnt put out enough heat to burn the hopper, the heat gun needs to be used carefully, and on a low heat setting. You want to get the plastic on the rev melty, but not burnt.

I can't stress how important patience is. Take your time, use a low heat setting if you use a heat gun. I also heated the barrel I used to form the "melt" (but not too hot, I could still hold it)

Make sure you set the warp up exactly where you want it, so the melt is in the right place.

I ruined the first shell I tried to melt. Too much heat, too fast!

Hehe, ok. I'll wait to melt it till I get my new gun in and set the warp up and see where I need to melt it. Thanx alot!

I'm looking into doing this same exact thing, does anyone by any chance have any pictures or links to pictures that have this done, I'd like to see the final product.

Thanks!

One's drilled, the other melted.

i would recommend the drilling...less chance of hose hits, revvy holds hose in place, more direct route to the body...

if you have a Z-grip...i think drilling is the ONLY way to go

you talking about holes in the hopper for the warp feed tube to go through? Why do you have to dril for a Z-grip? Can't you just go around? Anyone with a Z-grip and a warp, please explain, since I will have a warp soon...

No you don't have to. I ran my ZGrip and warp without even melting the hopper, but I didn't have the hose as a straight line. I'll attach a pic to show you how I got around melting.
