I had a broken Q-loader the (original one) and they told me that they would fix it in a day or two, so today it get a call saying my Q loader is ready and he's is going to hook me up with a new Generation 2 kit for no charge. Just to show it off at the fields and let people check it out. What a company, I cant wait to check this thing out. I guess being local helps out sometimes. :headbang: A big thanks to the guys at Q-loader.

They're able to do that because of how cheap it is for them to make the system in the first place, and how much more they sell them for... I don't blame them at all, as they're charging a fair price... But their productions prices are extremely low, so they can afford to offer the lifetime warranty and replace stuff like that... I agree; they're a great company. They don't simply take their profit and run; they make sure that you enjoy the product and will make any effort to make your experience with their product more pleasing...

There are less parts. The inside of the pod is like one peice. It's just simpler and more reliable. I like my gen1's tho. I can tear them all the way down.

I previously owned a qloader then sold it. Just picked up another couple sets. Was just curious to what differences there are.

That would help their sales a lot if it's not too much longer.
