ok well first you have to find out where it is leaking from. It might be the little nut on the side of your valve, which cost about 30 cents to replace. If its leaking directly out of where your valve screws into your tank you need to do the following. Put it into a vice, put something between the vice and and your tank to make sure it doesn't get scratched, and tighten it GOOD. Heat up the neck using a lighter, but don't make it to hot or you will melt the o-rings on the inside. Take out your trusty ajustable wrench and go to work. Depending on how hot it is and how much lock tight is on it, it could be rather easy to unscrew or extremely hard. Don't break anything but its important to use force seeing as how it WILL unscrew no matter what, even if you don't heat it. Now when you put it back together make sure there is plenty of lock tight covering the whole thing. Put a lot on but of coarse make sure you don't clog anything on the inside.
