Like the ttile says...How do you get your feedneck off? Ya know, the stock one on ULE mainbodies thats locktited in from AGD. I've heard boil the body for 20 minutes and then it'll come right off but I'd like some more insight befoore I start anything.

Lots of torque - I have never really cared about the feedneck when I did it, so I just grabbed them with a pair of vicegrips and twisted...

YAY I did it. it only took me about 5 minutes. Alot easier than i thought it would be. I used a table vise with a bunch of cloth around my feedneck so i didnt scratch it too bad. It came right out.

As I have found from a previous post, use a strap wrench if you care about it, or something else if you dont ;)

pour hot water on it, and then use the strap wrench. Please spend the 10 bucks on a strap wrench.

You remove your own dammed feedneck. I like mine where it is, thanks.

Another that i do often is take a peice of wood and drill a hole in it slightly smaller than the feedneck. Then I cut it in half right down the middle of the hole.

Basically, I just chuck them in a vice with the feedneck in the hole and twist it off, it works all the time!

One of mine required a blow torch in addition to strap wrench.
