I have an emag that I am attempting to get something unique and custom done in order to do so I will need some extremely thin pieces of plexiglass or similar material like 1/32". Does anyone know where I can find some? It has to be clear.

Thanks

I've seen pretty thin sheets at hardware stores.

They're usually covered with a blue plastic sheet for protection. Look by the screen doors and screen door hardware section.

You may try asking a local glass company as well. Many times they have a wide range of clear window products.

Thanks I need it real thin because I am going to mill the battery pack for the emag completly through on each side with a s type pattern. The pack itself has only 1/8" thick walls and only a little play between the huge battery pack. So with a little sanding and the proper size piece of clear plexi glass I will be able to make a battery pack that is see through at points to complete my custom mag to be known as the ghostmag

Thanks

How big of a piece do you need?

I know they make 1/8" plexiglass, but im not sure about anything smaller, I will do some checking though. I know that they do make lexan in the size you are wanting. It would be your best bet for a long term use, it wont get scratched up as easily. If you have a big glass shop in your area, they most likely will have some scrap lexan they would sell you. ;)

1/32 is really really small....
for thickness anyways.
