I think the velocity is limited to 250 and the power tube tip is not removable. Correct me if I am wrong.

not sure but that sounds like a rental to me

Only difference I know of is you can not put level X on a rental valve, because it has a restricted power tube to prevent anyone from cranking the velocity up on it.

Wait................... Let me think................... I thought that rentals, were regular mags.........................But the only difference is that you have to pay to use them............Mistake me if I'm wrong............... This isn't a joke, it just takes me forever to type. :confused:
