broken field strip screw

:cry: i need help i dont know what to do i took my valve out and when i went to put it back in. the screw snaped, half in my valve and the other half not what can i do ?

take a sharp pick and try to back it out with it first. do not touch the threads on the sides.

sometimes you can use a pencil eraser to back it out..

Is it an x valve or a old stainless steel valve
