Does anyone have good pics of eyes installed in an emag?

either break beam or bouncebeam

SFL and Xmag would be appreciated too. I want to see how the bouncebeam assembly was put into the markers.

I am trying to find a good way to install bounce beam into a Spyder Mag project

Thanks

Styg

and for you search mongers, I did use it.... for an hour, and the pic links were all dead or didnt show anything

If you are using a T-board with the spydermag, Scenario dreams has 5mm break beam eyes that are made for use with it. You would need to be using an aluminum mag body, since the ss ones use twist lock barrels, and you really cant do anything eye-wise with them.

There are some pics of Devilmags with eyes at www.devilsden.tv if you need to see some examples.

You CAN do break beam eyes with a twist lock body, but I do not advise it. It is much more trouble then its worth becuse you have to drill threw the body as well as any barrel you want to use. I have done it, but I really dislike my setup. I will be drilling threw a ule body soon so I can have so that I can actually switch barrels with my dragun-mag. But anything is possible.

I actually got one of the bouncebeam eyes for the T-board. I didnt want to have wires on both sides of the marker. Luke also mentioned he has seen the bouncebeam installed from underneath the body ( Xmag/SFL ) which is what I would like to do, but I am looking for ways that other people have done it do I get an idea.

I have a Deadlywind Karta Emag rail ULE'd. So there is not a lot of meat in there, but by the looks of it there is an internal wall and square section cut out that maybe he could fasion a bracket for it.

I know Bouncebam are more of a pain to get to work, but I want the setup to look clean and as wireless/epoxyless as possible.

Note: Arston, I wont need an M3 frame, some of my lowball ebay bids came through...

Just realized this is more of a tech question.

Can one of the mods move this to the tech area?

Thanks

Cool, I would like to see top down and offset from above, and slightly offset if possible.

I woud also like to see shots of the body so I can see how big of a hole is needed, and the Positioning.

Is yours breakbeam or bouncebeam? mounted through the rail, or on the sides of the body?
