halo problems

im not sure if i can ask tech questions on a halo here, but i recieved a halo today and its not seeing the paint it simply keeps loading :confused: im so confused any help please :cry:

Clean off the eyes.

ive fixed the problem aparently whoever owned it b4 me had taken it apart and when they put it back together they pinched a wire in half so i just put a wire thingy on it and its fine now, o and i did clean the eyes to ;)
