BTW , I'm thinking I'll probably do a MAG OF THE YEAR of the Monthly winners for a substantial prize so keep that in mind. The stakes just keep going up and up ! ! ! :)


"MAG" of the month contest...that means MAGS of any kind, only

I want to see some kick butt mags here on AO for a change ! ! !

I will do it every month there seems to be continued interest , voting in the last week of each month, new contest on the first-ish of each month.

Since I know I am impartial, I will narrow it down to a final 5 (changed it to 5 since there are so many worthy entrants, nice job people ! ) and open a public voting poll for the winner.

1) Must be your Mag and NOT for sale during the month of the contest.

2) I don't care how great or sucky your pictures are, it's a gun contest not a photogenic prize.

3) 2 pictures MAX , NO GIANT WALLPAPER sized pictures....post a link if you need to. I'm the only one voting at this time so no need to 'impress' the masses....yet.

4) One gun entered per month

5) No text posts ...PM all questions to who ever you want to ask what ever you want to ask.


I will be judging on what i think is cool...

Uniqueness? Customness? Something that makes your worthy of MOTM ? I don't know....show me.

" This Xmag has been through a lot to get where it is today. It had a previous owner and was Milled by A+. The previous owner came up with most of the milling but I added a a few myself such as the X and took away a little more from the sides. Before the silver/red anno, it was Annoed Silver with Milled spots of rare metal color so it needed a new anno anyway. I sent it back in to get Annoed Red/Silver/red (Barrel,Gun,Drop) and also added the little X on top of the gun for fun! This gun was tuned By tunaman and we went through a lot to get this beast all ready. I then decided to throw on the Red Xvalve considering the Euros had the Emag valves. Only thing this Xmag will need is Tuna's new Blade Trigger which i plan on purchasing in the upcoming month. "

It's your standard all ULE E-mag with 3.2 software that I had Tunaman anno (bought the valve from him too) a dust black to dust red for me. The Edge kit tip has a matching anno but is in gloss rather than a dust finish. Also has a TL-63 trigger, standard Shocktech drop, and an Empire on/off cradle. It's been my mainstay for the past 3 years! :clap:

This SFL EMag known as the "Infection" was purchased from CrimsonGhost, so I would like to thank him for selling it to me. Also thanks to a few of our vendors, Rogue, Tuna and LuisV for parts. Crimson had the Feedneck mod done, a second detent put in and the of coarse the anno. I added the red parts like the XValve, Tunablade, RPG Retents, AO Shrink Wrap, red alluminum fittings, CP 2 piece barrel, CP rail and on/off asa. Then placed a clear selector switch and HES cover on. Lastly I wired a Minimorlock in there. I think she's done!

This is my newest edition to the collection. I think this old boy needs recognition. It has been used, abused, and abandoned. Yet after 20 minutes of charging up after sitting in the back room of a paintball store covered and filled with old paint and dirt, it still works flawlessly. Hail durable e-mags :hail:

A good mag isn’t necessarily one that wins best in show in my book. :cool:
