Whats the difference between ULE E-mag lowers and non ULE E-mag lowers. Is it just the hump, or is there more material removed on the inside?

They remove the hump, a portion of the inside of the grip frame, and mill out the inside of the rail.

Anyone actually know the difference in weight when they do this?
